Civil Designer: Primarily focused on the design of municipal water and wastewater systems using Civil 3D. The successful candidate will take surveyors’ data and create base maps; create surfaces and edit them; create pipe networks; and water and sewer plans. The candidate must be able to use all the parts of the corridor package to create road plans. A few of those parts are creating alignments, profiles, sections and assemblies. Qualifications: Professional Engineer License with a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering with 5-10 years’ relevant experience; Proficient in engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit, Ram and/or Risa; Knowledge of structural engineering principles in the design of buildings including concrete, steel, timber and building materials experience.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience desirable; Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the application of structural engineering principles in the design of buildings – including building materials, systems and/or bridge design experience; Experience with structural engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit STAAD.PRO, Ram Structural System and/or Risa 3d; Must have a good understanding of construction documents, including both drawings and technical specifications; Willing to adapt to different project types and tasks on a daily basis; Able to perform visual observations and use precision instruments.

Produce construction document design packages, including floor plans, schedules, details, and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers. Conduct site survey for existing conditions as needed, ability to travel infrequently (fewer than 4 weeks/year typically). Work includes: create efficient HVAC designs including ductwork, piping and equipment sizing and selection; develop specifications, working drawings and other related documents for commercial, governmental, residential and institutional clients; perform design calculations and equipment selection and layout of HVAC systems and equipment such as heat, gas, hot water, chilled water and central plants; perform heating and cooling load calculations utilizing standard industry software; communicate regularly with project managers and other members of the project team; perform construction administration; supervise or coordinate the work of designers and technicians.

 

Construction Observer/Technician: Seeking a motivated, organized person to fill an opening as a Construction Observer/Technician, with five or more years of experience. 有地下设施现场施工经验者优先, such as water treatment facilities, water main, wastewater treatment facilities, 卫生污水总管和雨水系统和/或交通部公路重建监督经验.
